1. Event Registration

1.2. Registration is subject to availability and confirmation from AP Automotive Events Ltd.

1.3. By registering for an event, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. AP Automotive Events Ltd assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, injury or death resulting from provision of inaccurate information.

1.4. Your place on an event is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

1.5. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you, your vehicle, and any passengers comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times during an event, including but not limited to the Highway Code and local road traffic laws. AP Automotive Events Ltd does not accept any responsibility for enforcing compliance with legal obligations or road laws on behalf of participants.

1.6. You participate in events at your own risk. AP Automotive Events Ltd accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles, loss, injury, or death resulting from your actions, the actions of other participants, third parties, or any other circumstances occurring during an event. You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle is road legal, roadworthy, insured, and suitable for the event.

1.7. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove participants from any event without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or likely to bring the event or company into disrepute.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

2.2. All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by AP Automotive Events Ltd.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1. AP Automotive Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event.

3.2. If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event date. A cancellation fee may apply.

1.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is roadworthy, appropriately insured for the activity being undertaken, and complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to MOT certification, vehicle taxation, and road traffic laws.

1.3.
